We Want to Hear from You
There's a lot we couldn't fit here. What's on your mind?
At Corteva Agriscience, we believe in the power of new plant breeding technologies and innovations to bring healthy, nutritious and environmentally sustainable food to a growing world. Our purpose is to enrich the lives of those who produce and those who consume, ensuring progress for generations to come. This site is a demonstration of our commitment to timely and transparent communication and information sharing.
Modern agriculture and advances in biosciences are becoming increasingly complex and consumers and other stakeholders want to know more about where and how their food is grown, the farming practices used, and the impact on our planet. We want to provide you with a greater understanding of plant breeding, how the methods and techniques used have evolved over time, and demystify and explain some of the newer technologies shaping modern plant breeding, such as gene editing.
For our partners in the food production system, we include a complete Seed Product Directory of our corn, soy, canola and sunflower portfolio sold in North America and Europe along with the breeding technologies used to create each variety. In addition, where applicable, we note the regulatory and stakeholder outreach status of gene edited products in the pipe-line, as part of our commitment under the Coalition for Responsible Gene Editing in Agriculture. We also want to show how we together can continue to feed our growing population in a sustainable way. All of this can be found at the Plant Breeding Links on this page.
You can connect to a Glossary and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) as well as several additional Useful Links at the top and bottom of this page. Terminology we use throughout the site that may be unfamiliar to you will be hyperlinked to the Glossary.
