Ashley Traves’ favorite saying is “knowledge is power.” She has used those words to guide her life. Ashley is a knowledge seeker and enjoys sharing ideas and educating others. Once in high school, she took a nutrition class and has been obsessed with food quality ever since. Funny enough, she admits to being a terrible cook, but she takes pride in eating the best she can. Outside of her day job, Ashley has a feisty daughter, a beagle, and husband who keeps them all together.
