SAN FRANCISCO -- (January 12, 2021) -- For the first time, Granular, a subsidiary of Corteva Agriscience, has been named one of the best places to work in the San Francisco Bay Area by Built In.
Granular, the world’s leading farm management software platform, received the 2021 Best Places to Work and Best Midsize Companies to Work For by Built In this week thanks to its innovative approach to the industry (agriculture), company culture and benefits, and growth opportunities for its employees.
The annual awards include companies of all sizes, from startups to the enterprise, in the eight largest tech markets and nationally.
Built In determines winners for Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and cultural programs. To reflect the attributes candidates are searching for on Built In today, this year’s program weighted criteria more heavily, like remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity and inclusion.
