Audrey Grimm is Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer of Corteva Agriscience.
A strong and effective Human Resources (HR) leader with broad global experience, Audrey has played an integral role in advancing Corteva’s people strategy, establishing the HR infrastructure, developing Corteva’s global culture, and driving Inclusion and Belonging (I&B) efforts.
Audrey initially joined Dow Chemical, a predecessor company to Corteva Agriscience, in 2004, in its Drusenheim, France location as a Workforce Planning Specialist within the HR function. After four years in that role, she spent seven years working in HR functions with increasing seniority in the company’s regional and global operations, based in Horgen, Switzerland. In 2015, she moved to the headquarters of its agriculture division as a Vice President, Human Resources based in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she played a key role in the HR processes related to the DowDuPont merger and the subsequent spin-off of Corteva Agriscience.
In 2017, Audrey returned to Switzerland to lead HR for the company’s Europe, Africa Middle East region and, in 2021, she assumed additional global responsibility for shaping Corteva’s culture and I&B programs.
Audrey began her human resources career in France in 2000 with Smart France, a car manufacturing company that is part of the Daimler Group.
A native of France, Audrey holds a Master of Human Resources Management degree from the EM Strasbourg Business School.
